Deep restructuring

The Helios provides soil restructuring to 60 cm. It eliminates the results of extreme climate conditions as well as ground compaction resulting from grazing.

Soil loosener

Stanchion

High strength steel withstands wear and impacts. It holds all the parts together and enables the desired depth to be reached. Thanks to its curved shape, the entire working height can be broken open while limiting the descent of fine soil without disturbing the surface. It creates a ripple effect.

Counter-blade

The greater the working depth, the greater the wear in the lower layers. The counter-blade protects the stanchion in the areas where it is most needed. Positioned slightly in front of the stanchion, it cuts soil and debris that may be in its way.

Tip

It makes the tine penetrate and leaves behind a small draining channel. It pulls the tine down and helps it maintain its working position. Its bevel gives it an excellent penetration angle and brings stability. It is also available in carbide steel for deep work.

Leg

The grindle is particularly narrow. This reduces the need for tensile force and prevents cracks in the ground.

Leg protection

The protection serves as an exchangeable wearing part to avoid having to completely replace the leg.

Point

The point also breaks compacter clods. In case of wear it can be replaced individually.

Cracker Safety

Traction bolt

Following intense testing in Russia, the safety of the traction bolt has been proven. The bolt shears when the peak load exceeds 10.7 tonnes.

If the bolt breaks, the head flies off and the remaining part of the screw falls. The tine can then retract and return to its place by its own weight.
