Take control of a field
in one pass.
All types of beamsThe Explor is a machine that has worked in extreme terrain and plant conditions. Its imposing structure is a guarantee of solidity and durability. |
Heavy duty disc gangsThe disc gangs are designed to deal with stones, holes and plants. |
Machined bearingsThe bearings are machined in a steel block. They range from 50 mm to 60 mm and have a double tapered bearing and 6 seals. This guarantees a long service life in despite rough conditions. |
On-board spannerIf you need to change your discs, you’ll find the spanner on the machine. As it is a 91 mm wide hexagonal nut, we chose to fit it on the chassis. |
Suspended axleTo improve comfort in the cab and on the road, we have added nitrogen cylinders. |
Depth control is possible by wheelsThe working depth can be adjusted via the angle of the disc tracks. In this case, you do two things in one go. |

Penetrating curve and mixingExplor discs allow deep soil penetration and sufficient burial to ensure rapid soil breakdown and enrichment. |
Work in hard, stony soilExplor discs are treated to increase their resistance and durability on flint and abrasive soils while losing a minimum of material and minimizing wear. |
ScrapersFitted as standard, scrapers are available to work in very wet conditions and on sticky soils. They scrape the soil surplus and vegetable residues which remain stuck to the discs. |
With just a few turns, an adjustment to the mechanical tie-rod changes the Explor working depth and pull-out capacity.
This really increases reliability and ensures easy adjustment in all conditions, without any training.
You can choose between 3 types of wheels. They are available in different widths or specifically dedicated to forestry use.
Forestry wheels are armoured to reduce risk of punctures for use in new growth forests.
In addition, the valves are siuated behind a protection to avoid impacts.
