Deep restructuring

The Helios provides soil restructuring to 60 cm. It eliminates the results of extreme climate conditions as well as ground compaction resulting from grazing.

Intermediate loosening

From 25 to 35 cm deep, it eliminates poor soil preparation due to the same tool being used too often at the same depth (base effect).

On the surface

Interchangeable single beam

The Helios Mono can be equipped with a rotary harrow or drill combination.

No disturbance to the soil horizon

Even if you don’t need to combine with a seedbed preparer or a seed drill, the Helios Duo equipped with a Michel blade is the loosener you need.

It allows you to open up the sub-soil, enabling roots to find an optimal exploration area without mixing the layers.

Deep loosening

The Helios Cracker is the most suitable machine for loosening throughout the entire working depth.

Soil loosener

Stanchion

High strength steel withstands wear and impacts. It holds all the parts together and enables the desired depth to be reached. Thanks to its curved shape, the entire working height can be broken open while limiting the descent of fine soil without disturbing the surface. It creates a ripple effect.

Counter-blade

The greater the working depth, the greater the wear in the lower layers. The counter-blade protects the stanchion in the areas where it is most needed. Positioned slightly in front of the stanchion, it cuts soil and debris that may be in its way.

Tip

It makes the tine penetrate and leaves behind a small draining channel. It pulls the tine down and helps it maintain its working position. Its bevel gives it an excellent penetration angle and brings stability. It is also available in carbide steel for deep work.

Straight tine

Leg

The grindle is particularly narrow. This reduces the need for tensile force and prevents cracks in the ground.

Leg protection

The protection serves as an exchangeable wearing part to avoid having to completely replace the leg.

Point

The point also breaks compacter clods. In case of wear it can be replaced individually.

Spoiler

The wings are set very quickly. This allows you to lift the lower body slightly and drop it again. This especially loosens the lower soil layers without mixing them.

Stanchion

With a width of 40 mm, the stanchion will easily withstand extreme depths over the long term. Often combined with 10 ton working load safety bolts, the rolled steel Cracker tine stanchion is extremely strong.

Deflector-cutter

It cuts into the soil and opens the tine passage. The cutter’s triangular shape makes it possible both to cut the material that the tine raises and the material it meets when it comes out of the ground.

Tip

Equipped with a ’double angle’, it is at the same time aggressive on hard soils and economical for fuel consumption.

Spoilers

Detachable, they create good mulch to reinvigorate the soil. They can be positioned in two places on the stanchion, allowing deep or shallow work.

Hydraulic

Adjustable and very flexible, hydraulic safety can withstand a 525 kg maximum load. By adjusting the nitrogen compression in the reservoir, you can adapt the tip resistance. Depending on the type of soil you loosen, you can adjust its activation.

Cracker Safety

Traction bolt

Following intense testing in Russia, the safety of the traction bolt has been proven. The bolt shears when the peak load exceeds 10.7 tonnes.

If the bolt breaks, the head flies off and the remaining part of the screw falls. The tine can then retract and return to its place by its own weight.

Twin double roller

Square bar roller
